- 225 g cream cheese, softened
- 120 ml mayonnaise
- 110 g shredded cheddar cheese
- 5 ml Worcestershire sauce
- 5 ml Old Bay seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 5 ml lemon juice
- 225 g lump crab meat, picked over for shells
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Set oven to 190°C. Lightly grease a small baking dish or ramekin.
- In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, shredded cheddar, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
- Gently fold in the lump crab meat and chopped parsley, ensuring crab pieces remain intact.
- Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish. Bake for 20–25 minutes until the top is golden and bubbling.
- Present warm alongside toasted baguette slices, crackers, or fresh vegetables. Optionally, garnish with additional chopped parsley.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, add more Old Bay seasoning.
- This dip can be prepared a day in advance and refrigerated before baking.
