Description

A delightful marinated cheese appetizer featuring pepperoni and pickles, perfect for entertaining guests.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 oz Havarti cheese, diced into bite-sized cubes
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup diced pepperoni cubes
  • 1/2 cup cornichons (small pickles), halved or sliced
  • 1/2 cup Castelvetrano olives, pitted
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup of your favorite garlic or Italian-style vinaigrette

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the diced cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, pepperoni cubes, cornichons, olives, and chopped basil. Gently mix until everything is well combined.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a mason jar or a bowl. Pour in the vinaigrette and give it a good stir to ensure all the ingredients are coated evenly.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap or seal in an airtight container. Refrigerate for at least an hour to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Serve chilled with crusty bread or crackers for a savory and tangy appetizer.
