Description

Mac Cheese Bacon Burger Rolls are a delicious fusion of flavors combining ground beef, macaroni, cheddar cheese, and crispy bacon wrapped in flour tortillas.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 8 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups cooked macaroni pasta
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked crispy bacon, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until browned. Drain excess grease.
  2. In a bowl, combine cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, ketchup, and mustard. Stir in the cooked beef until well combined.
  3. Lay out tortillas and add a portion of the mac & cheese beef mixture. Roll tightly like a burrito.
  4. Brush each roll with melted butter and cook in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Slice and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
