- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 8 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups cooked macaroni pasta
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked crispy bacon, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until browned. Drain excess grease.
- In a bowl, combine cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, ketchup, and mustard. Stir in the cooked beef until well combined.
- Lay out tortillas and add a portion of the mac & cheese beef mixture. Roll tightly like a burrito.
- Brush each roll with melted butter and cook in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Slice and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
