A delicious and easy-to-make Parmesan chicken recipe inspired by Longhorn Steakhouse.

- 4 chicken breasts, boneless skinless
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix breadcrumbs, half the Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in one dish.
- In another dish, beat eggs and milk.
- Put flour in a third dish.
- Dredge chicken in flour, then dip into egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Cook chicken in olive oil for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish.
- Mix remaining Parmesan with mozzarella and minced garlic, then top chicken with the mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in Italian dressing for a few hours before cooking.
- Serve with a side of pasta or a crisp salad for a complete meal.
