- 1 loaf French or Italian bread
 - 450 g cooked lobster meat, chopped
 - 60 g unsalted butter, softened
 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
 - 15 g fresh parsley, chopped
 - 60 g shredded mozzarella cheese
 - 0.25 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
 - Salt, to taste
 - Black pepper, to taste
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Slice the bread loaf lengthwise and hollow out a portion of the interior from both halves.
 - In a bowl, blend softened butter with minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
 - Combine the chopped lobster meat, garlic butter mixture, chopped parsley, and red pepper flakes in a mixing bowl.
 - Fill each bread half with the lobster mixture and top evenly with shredded mozzarella cheese.
 - Arrange the filled bread halves on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
 - Allow the bread to cool briefly, then slice and garnish with additional chopped parsley before serving.
 
Notes
- For a spicier kick, increase the amount of red pepper flakes.
 - Can substitute mozzarella with other cheeses like cheddar for variation.
 - Fresh lobster is recommended for the best flavor, but pre-cooked can also be used.
