  • Fresh dill sprigs, optional

Instructions

  1. Prepare cucumber base: Wash and dry the cucumber thoroughly. Slice into 16 thick rounds approximately 0.5 inch thick each.
  2. Mix cream cheese filling: Combine softened cream cheese, chopped dill, lemon juice, and black pepper in a small bowl. Mix until smooth and well incorporated.
  3. Assemble cream cheese topping: Using a small spoon or piping bag, distribute approximately 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture onto each cucumber round.
  4. Add smoked salmon: Gently fold or roll smoked salmon slices and place on top of the cream cheese layer.
