- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the mozzarella cheese for 1-2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until completely smooth and melted.
- Add the almond flour, garlic powder, and egg to the melted cheese. Mix thoroughly until a uniform dough forms.
- Place the dough on your prepared baking sheet and press it into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
- Use a pizza cutter or sharp knife to cut the dough into 8 breadstick shapes of equal size.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the breadsticks are golden brown.
- Remove from oven and immediately brush the breadsticks with melted butter. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley.
- Let cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.
