Description

Delicious jalapeño crescent rolls filled with a creamy cheese and bacon mixture, perfect for appetizers or snacking.


Ingredients

  • 2 packages crescent rolls (8 per can)
  • 8 jalapeños, cleaned (ribs and seeds removed)
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sharp shredded cheese
  • ⅓ cup cooked bacon, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix cream cheese, shredded cheese, and crumbled bacon in a bowl. Set aside.
  3. Clean jalapeños by removing seeds and ribs (wear gloves for safety).
  4. Open crescent rolls and lay them out on a flat surface or baking sheet.
  5. Fill each jalapeño half with the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Place each filled jalapeño on the wide end of a crescent triangle and roll toward the point.
  7. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy with ranch or your favorite dip!
