Description

A refreshing and colorful Italian salad filled with chopped vegetables, meats, and cheese, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup pepperoncini, sliced
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup salami, diced
  • 1/2 cup provolone cheese, diced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, pepperoncini, black olives, salami, and provolone cheese.
  2. Drizzle the Italian dressing over the salad and toss until all ingredients are well coated.
  3. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
