- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup pepperoncini, sliced
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup salami, diced
- 1/2 cup provolone cheese, diced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, pepperoncini, black olives, salami, and provolone cheese.
- Drizzle the Italian dressing over the salad and toss until all ingredients are well coated.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
