Instructions

  1. Set the oven temperature to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine fresh corn, creamed corn, sour cream, shredded cheddar, honey, and melted butter; mix thoroughly.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk cornmeal, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Gradually blend dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined, avoiding overmixing.
  5. Fold in the beaten eggs gently to integrate into the batter.
