Scale
  • 1 package pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  4. Place a spoonful of pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan, and pepperoni on one half of each dough circle.
  5. Fold dough circles in half to enclose filling and press edges closed with a fork to seal.
  6. Brush tops of each pocket with beaten egg for a glossy finish.
  7. Arrange on baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Allow pizza pockets to cool slightly before serving.
