Description

Hawaiian Pineapple Coconut Fluff is a delightful tropical dessert that combines the sweetness of pineapple and coconut with a creamy, fluffy texture.


Ingredients

  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup chopped macadamia nuts (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
  2. Stir in the vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Fold in the well-drained crushed pineapple and shredded coconut until evenly combined.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  5. Add the mini marshmallows and macadamia nuts, if using, and mix gently.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
  7. Serve chilled and garnish with extra coconut or pineapple if desired.
