Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated flaky biscuit dough
- 2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess fat, leaving some for flavor.
- Add the minced garlic and dried Italian seasoning to the skillet; sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and evenly combined.
- Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces. Place about 1 tablespoon of the beef mixture in each piece and fold the dough tightly into a sealed pouch.
- Brush the tops of each pouch with melted butter. Arrange them evenly on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- For an extra burst of flavor, consider adding some chopped herbs to the beef mixture.
- These can be served with dipping sauces such as marinara or ranch.
- Adjust the seasoning according to taste.
