 - 1 cup broccoli florets
 - 1 cup spinach leaves
 - 1/4 cup olive oil
 - 1/2 cup chicken broth
 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 - 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
 
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
 - Add cubed chicken breast and cook until browned.
 - Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
 - Add broccoli florets and chicken broth. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
 - Add spinach leaves and cook until wilted.
 - Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
