Description

A quick and tasty sautéed dish featuring garlic, cauliflower, and mushrooms.


Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 small head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and butter.
  2. Add cauliflower and cook for 5-6 minutes until slightly golden. Add mushrooms and continue cooking for 4-5 more minutes.
  3. Stir in garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle with Parmesan (if using), and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot!

Notes

  • For added flavors, you can experiment with other herbs like thyme or rosemary.
  • Feel free to substitute the Parmesan cheese with a dairy-free alternative to make it vegan.
