Description

Garlic Butter Chicken Wings are irresistibly delicious and full of rich flavors from garlic and butter, making them a perfect appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Toss the wings until they are evenly coated with the seasonings.
  3. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Spread the seasoned wings in a single layer on the wire rack.
  4. Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
  5. While the wings are baking, prepare the garlic butter sauce. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add the minced garlic and stir. Cook for about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a large mixing bowl. Pour the garlic butter sauce over the wings and toss until they are well coated.
  7. If desired, add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice to the wings and toss again.
  8. Arrange the wings on a serving platter and garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Serve immediately while hot.

Notes

  • For extra crispy wings, you can broil them for 2-3 minutes after baking.
  • Leftover wings can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
