Instructions
- Heat a non-stick sauté pan over medium heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda.
- Add vegetable oil, egg, milk, vinegar, and vanilla to the dry ingredients; mix until just combined.
- Gently fold in the colorful sprinkles.
- Pour batter onto the hot pan using a ⅓ cup measuring cup; cook until bubbles form on top before flipping to cook the other side.
- Repeat until all batter is cooked.
- Serve warm with whipped cream and additional sprinkles on top.
