Ingredients

  • ¼ cup vegetable oil (plus more for cooking)

  • 1 ¾ cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup colorful sprinkles
  • Whipped cream, syrup, and extra sprinkles for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat a non-stick sauté pan over medium heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda.
  3. Add vegetable oil, egg, milk, vinegar, and vanilla to the dry ingredients; mix until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in the colorful sprinkles.
  5. Pour batter onto the hot pan using a ⅓ cup measuring cup; cook until bubbles form on top before flipping to cook the other side.
  6. Repeat until all batter is cooked.
  7. Serve warm with whipped cream and additional sprinkles on top.
