Description

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy, at room temperature)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips (or chopped dark chocolate)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flaxseed (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  2. Fold in mini chocolate chips and any optional add-ins like cinnamon, chia seeds, or chopped nuts.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop dollops of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until solid.
  6. Once frozen, transfer the bites to an airtight container and store in the freezer.
