- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips (or chopped dark chocolate)
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flaxseed (optional)
- 2 tablespoons chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans, optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips and any optional add-ins like cinnamon, chia seeds, or chopped nuts.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop dollops of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours or until solid.
- Once frozen, transfer the bites to an airtight container and store in the freezer.

- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey/maple syrup.
