Description

A delicious dish combining fried cabbage with shrimp, sausage, and bacon for a savory flavor experience.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium-sized cabbage
  • 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cabbage by slicing it thinly after removing the outer leaves and rinsing.
  2. Cook the chopped bacon until crispy and brown, then set aside.
  3. Sauté diced onion and minced garlic in bacon grease until translucent.
  4. Add sliced sausage to the skillet with onion and garlic, cook until browned, then add shrimp and cook until pink.
  5. Stir in the cabbage and cook until slightly wilted and tender.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
