- 1 medium-sized cabbage
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the cabbage by slicing it thinly after removing the outer leaves and rinsing.
- Cook the chopped bacon until crispy and brown, then set aside.
- Sauté diced onion and minced garlic in bacon grease until translucent.
- Add sliced sausage to the skillet with onion and garlic, cook until browned, then add shrimp and cook until pink.
- Stir in the cabbage and cook until slightly wilted and tender.
