Description

A delicious and savory pizza dough bake infused with cheesy garlic-butter swirl and topped with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of pizza dough
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup of marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  5. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  6. Add the minced garlic, red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.
  7. Drizzle the garlic-butter mixture over the pizza dough.
  8. Using a knife, swirl the butter mixture into the cheese and sauce.
  9. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  11. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
