Description

A quick and easy recipe for breakfast pizzas made with English muffins, eggs, bacon, and cheese.


Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 60 ml heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 185 ml real bacon bits
  • 180 g shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
  • 120 ml Heinz chili sauce
  • 6 English muffins

Instructions

  1. Set the oven to 200°C to preheat.
  2. Crack the eggs into a medium bowl, add heavy cream, salt, black pepper, and onion powder. Whisk thoroughly until uniform.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into a lightly greased non-stick sauté pan over medium heat. Stir gently as eggs cook until nearly set.
  4. Add half of the bacon bits (approximately 90 ml) to the eggs, mixing well. Remove from heat once combined.
  5. Slice English muffins in half and arrange cut side up on a baking sheet.
  6. Spread a thin layer of chili sauce over each muffin half, then evenly spoon the bacon and egg mixture on top.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the eggs, then top with the remaining bacon bits.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes until cheese is fully melted.
  9. Remove from oven and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add sliced jalapeños on top before baking.
  • Feel free to substitute the bacon bits with a vegetarian alternative.
