Description
Deep-Fried S’mores are a delightful twist on the classic campfire treat, featuring gooey marshmallows, chocolate, and crunchy graham crackers, all enveloped in a crispy batter.
Ingredients
Scale

- 6 graham cracker sheets, broken into halves
 - 6 large marshmallows
 - 6 small pieces of milk chocolate (or chocolate bars, broken into small pieces)
 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
 - 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
 - 1 pinch of salt
 - 1 egg
 - ¾ cup milk
 - ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
 - Vegetable oil, for frying
 - Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions
- Assemble the S’mores: Place a piece of chocolate on a half graham cracker sheet, top with a marshmallow, and cover with another graham cracker sheet to create a s’more sandwich. Repeat for all 6 pieces.
 - Prepare the Batter: In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, egg, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
 - Heat the Oil: Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
 - Coat the S’mores: Dip each assembled s’more into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated.
 - Fry the S’mores: Carefully drop the battered s’mores into the hot oil and fry for about 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove from oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
 - Serve: Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.

Notes
- For a richer flavor, consider using dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate.
 - Ensure the oil is hot enough before frying to prevent sogginess.
 - Can be served with chocolate syrup or raspberry sauce for added flavor.
