- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and granulated sugar. Mix well.
- Add the melted butter and vanilla extract, stirring until a crumbly texture forms.
- Spread a generous layer of chocolate hazelnut spread on each tortilla.
- Sprinkle mini marshmallows and some graham cracker mixture over one half of each tortilla.
- Roll each tortilla tightly from the side without the marshmallows, tucking in the filling.
- Place the rolled tortillas seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Lightly spray or brush the tops with cooking spray or melted butter.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing into bite-sized pieces.
- Serve warm, optionally drizzled with additional chocolate or extra graham cracker crumbs.
