Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate hazelnut spread (like Nutella)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cooking spray or additional melted butter for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and granulated sugar. Mix well.
  3. Add the melted butter and vanilla extract, stirring until a crumbly texture forms.
  4. Spread a generous layer of chocolate hazelnut spread on each tortilla.
  5. Sprinkle mini marshmallows and some graham cracker mixture over one half of each tortilla.
  6. Roll each tortilla tightly from the side without the marshmallows, tucking in the filling.
  7. Place the rolled tortillas seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Lightly spray or brush the tops with cooking spray or melted butter.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
  10. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing into bite-sized pieces.
