Description

A refreshing salad featuring sweet strawberries and crisp cucumbers, perfect for a light meal or side dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, halved or quartered
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 4 cups baby spinach
  • 1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice strawberries and cucumbers.
