Description

A refreshing Cucumber Feta Salad perfect for summer.


Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
