- 26 ounces andouille sausage, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 1 pound green beans, trimmed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 ounce dry onion soup mix
- ½ cup butter
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Toss the sausage, onion, potatoes, green beans, and garlic straight into your slow cooker.
- Give it all a quick stir to mix things up.
- Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix right over the top.
- Stir again so everything gets coated in that seasoning.
- Slice up your butter and lay it right on top. It’ll melt down into everything and make it taste so good.
- Pop the lid on and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4, until the potatoes are tender and everything smells amazing.
- Garnish with a little chopped parsley if you’re feeling fancy.
- Serve it up warm and dig in!

- You can customize the vegetables based on your preference.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
