Description

Crockpot Loaded Potatoes are an easy and creamy comfort food, perfect for a hearty side dish.


Ingredients

  • 4 russet potatoes (cubed)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup butter (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon (cooked crisp and crumbled)

Instructions

  1. Grease the crockpot and add cubed potatoes at the bottom.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together chicken broth, softened butter, sour cream, cream cheese, and minced garlic until smooth. Pour over the potatoes.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 2.5-3 hours until tender.
  6. Just before serving, add crumbled turkey bacon on top.

Notes

  • Cooking times may vary based on the size of the potato cubes.
  • You can substitute regular bacon if preferred.
