Crockpot Loaded Potatoes are an easy and creamy comfort food, perfect for a hearty side dish.
Ingredients

- 4 russet potatoes (cubed)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup butter (softened)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices turkey bacon (cooked crisp and crumbled)
Instructions
- Grease the crockpot and add cubed potatoes at the bottom.
- In a bowl, whisk together chicken broth, softened butter, sour cream, cream cheese, and minced garlic until smooth. Pour over the potatoes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 2.5-3 hours until tender.
- Just before serving, add crumbled turkey bacon on top.
Notes
- Cooking times may vary based on the size of the potato cubes.
- You can substitute regular bacon if preferred.
- Add chopped green onions for extra flavor if desired.
