- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Add chicken, honey, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and garlic to the crockpot. Cook on low for 4 hours.
- Stir in cornstarch mixed with 1/4 cup water during the last 30 minutes.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
