Description

Deliciously crispy bite-sized treats filled with crab and cream cheese.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz crab meat (real or imitation), finely chopped
  • Wonton wrappers
  • Water, for sealing
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, crab, green onions, soy sauce, garlic powder, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Spoon about 1 tsp filling into the center of each wonton.
  3. Seal edges with water using a triangle fold or by pinching corners.
  4. Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry 2–3 minutes, turning once, until golden and crisp.
  6. Drain on paper towels and cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Seal edges well so the filling stays inside.
  • Serve with sweet chili sauce or duck sauce.
  • Store leftovers up to 2 days; reheat in an air fryer for best crunch.
