Description
Deliciously crispy bite-sized treats filled with crab and cream cheese.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 oz crab meat (real or imitation), finely chopped
- Wonton wrappers
- Water, for sealing
- Oil, for frying
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese, crab, green onions, soy sauce, garlic powder, and pepper until smooth.
- Spoon about 1 tsp filling into the center of each wonton.
- Seal edges with water using a triangle fold or by pinching corners.
- Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry 2–3 minutes, turning once, until golden and crisp.
- Drain on paper towels and cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Seal edges well so the filling stays inside.
- Serve with sweet chili sauce or duck sauce.
- Store leftovers up to 2 days; reheat in an air fryer for best crunch.
