Delicious and festive creamy Christmas trifle parfait shots, perfect for delighting your guests during the holiday season!
Ingredients

- 1 pound strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 pound blueberries
- 1 pound raspberries
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sponge cake or ladyfingers, crumbled
- 1/4 cup peppermint candies, crushed (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined.
- In small glasses or parfait cups, layer the crumbled sponge cake or ladyfingers at the bottom.
- Add a layer of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries) on top of the cake.
- Spoon a layer of the creamy mascarpone mixture over the berries.
- Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a layer of the mascarpone mixture on top.
- Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies over the top for a festive touch, if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving. Garnish with fresh mint leaves just before serving.

- Make sure to use fresh berries for the best flavor and presentation.
- Can be prepared the day before and chilled overnight.
