Description

A festive delight made with ground turkey and fresh cranberries, these stuffing balls are perfect for the holiday season.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • olive oil, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet.
  2. Sauté onion, celery, and garlic until fragrant; cool slightly.
  3. In a large bowl, combine turkey, breadcrumbs, cranberries, veggies, herbs, and seasoning.
  4. Stir in eggs and broth until evenly mixed.
  5. Roll mixture into 1–1½-inch balls and place on baking sheet.
  6. Drizzle lightly with olive oil and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  7. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
