- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 0.5 cup chicken broth
- olive oil, for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet.
- Sauté onion, celery, and garlic until fragrant; cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, combine turkey, breadcrumbs, cranberries, veggies, herbs, and seasoning.
- Stir in eggs and broth until evenly mixed.
- Roll mixture into 1–1½-inch balls and place on baking sheet.
- Drizzle lightly with olive oil and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Cool for 5 minutes before serving.

- These stuffing balls can be made ahead and frozen; reheat before serving.
