Description

Cranberry Turkey Sliders are delightful holiday treats that combine savory turkey, sweet cranberry sauce, and melted cheese on soft Hawaiian rolls, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (16 oz) package Hawaiian rolls (12 count)
  • 1 lb deli turkey, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (jellied or whole berry)
  • 6 slices Havarti or provolone cheese
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons minced dried onion
  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
  • 2 teaspoons fresh chives, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise, keeping the rolls connected, and place the bottom half in the prepared baking dish.
  3. Layer the sliced deli turkey evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.
  4. Spread the cranberry sauce evenly over the turkey.
  5. Layer the slices of Havarti or provolone cheese on top of the cranberry sauce.
  6. Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese layer.
  7. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, minced dried onion, poppy seeds, and chives. Stir until well mixed.
  8. Generously brush the butter mixture over the tops of the rolls.
  9. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the sliders are heated through and the cheese is melted.
  10. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes, or until the tops of the sliders are golden brown.
  11. Serve the sliders warm, and enjoy!
