Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the phyllo cups on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cranberry pepper jelly, chopped green onions, and walnuts (if using). Mix until well combined and smooth.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove the phyllo cups from the oven and let them cool slightly.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture into each phyllo cup, filling them generously.
- Garnish with fresh parsley for a pop of color and added flavor.
