- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, apple slices, dried cranberries, carrots, and almonds (if using).
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the coleslaw mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Serve cold.
