Description

Delicious red velvet brownies infused with white chocolate and crushed Oreo cookies, perfect for any dessert lover.


Ingredients

  • 1 box red velvet cake mix (15.25 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies (about 1012 cookies)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the red velvet cake mix, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the white chocolate chips and crushed Oreo cookies until they are evenly distributed in the batter.
  4. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  5. Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before cutting them into squares. Serve and enjoy!
