- 2 cups cold heavy cream
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3–4 drops blue gel food coloring
- 2 1-oz packages mini snack size Oreos
- 2 1-oz packages mini snack size Chips Ahoy
Instructions
- With a mixer, beat the heavy whipping cream until thick.
- Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract, and gently fold until smooth.
- Spoon half of the mixture into a freezer-safe container. Top with half of the cookies, slightly crushed.
- Repeat the layers and finish by topping with the remaining cookies.
- Freeze the container for 5-6 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, leave the container on the counter for 5-10 minutes to soften.

- For best results, crush the cookies just before adding to maintain their crunch.
