Description

Delight in a whimsical dessert with Cookie Monster Ice Cream, a fun and easy recipe that combines classic cookies and creamy ice cream.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cold heavy cream
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 34 drops blue gel food coloring
  • 2 1-oz packages mini snack size Oreos
  • 2 1-oz packages mini snack size Chips Ahoy

Instructions

  1. With a mixer, beat the heavy whipping cream until thick.
  2. Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract, and gently fold until smooth.
  3. Spoon half of the mixture into a freezer-safe container. Top with half of the cookies, slightly crushed.
  4. Repeat the layers and finish by topping with the remaining cookies.
  5. Freeze the container for 5-6 hours or overnight.
  6. Before serving, leave the container on the counter for 5-10 minutes to soften.
