Description

A delicious blend of fresh greens, proteins, and a tangy dressing, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 120 g mixed greens (lettuce, spinach, or kale), washed and dried
  • 85 g cooked chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 strips cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 large egg, hard-boiled and sliced
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 medium avocado, sliced
  • 40 g cucumber, diced (optional for variation)
  • 30 g crumbled blue cheese
  • 30 ml red wine vinaigrette

Instructions

  1. Wash and thoroughly dry all greens and vegetables. Slice or chop the chicken, bacon, eggs, tomatoes, avocado, and cucumber as specified.
  2. Arrange the mixed greens evenly as the foundation on a large plate or shallow serving bowl.
  3. Neatly arrange rows of chicken breast, chopped bacon, hard-boiled egg slices, and crumbled blue cheese over the greens.
  4. Place tomatoes, avocado, and cucumber over the salad in segmented rows for a visually appealing presentation.
  5. Drizzle the salad with red wine vinaigrette just before serving. Toss gently if desired, or allow guests to combine at the table.
