Ingredients

- 85 g cooked chicken breast, sliced
- 2 strips cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 large egg, hard-boiled and sliced
- 100 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 medium avocado, sliced
- 40 g cucumber, diced (optional for variation)
- 30 g crumbled blue cheese
- 30 ml red wine vinaigrette
Instructions
- Wash and thoroughly dry all greens and vegetables. Slice or chop the chicken, bacon, eggs, tomatoes, avocado, and cucumber as specified.
- Arrange the mixed greens evenly as the foundation on a large plate or shallow serving bowl.
- Neatly arrange rows of chicken breast, chopped bacon, hard-boiled egg slices, and crumbled blue cheese over the greens.
- Place tomatoes, avocado, and cucumber over the salad in segmented rows for a visually appealing presentation.
- Drizzle the salad with red wine vinaigrette just before serving. Toss gently if desired, or allow guests to combine at the table.
