Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the cranberry sauce, barbecue sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the meatballs.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  6. Remove from oven and serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
