Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Toss until the potatoes are well-coated.
- Spread the seasoned potatoes evenly in a baking dish.
- Slice the smoked sausage into pieces and add it to the dish over the potatoes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork-tender and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
