Cheesy Keto Pepperoni Bites are a delicious and easy snack made with cheese, pepperoni, and other keto-friendly ingredients, perfect for satisfying cravings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • Optional: 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese for topping
  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded mozzarella cheese and softened cream cheese. Microwave for 30-45 seconds until it’s melty and easy to combine. Stir until smooth.
  3. Add the almond flour, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the cheese mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Roll the dough into small balls about the size of a golf ball. Flatten each ball slightly and place a slice of pepperoni in the center. Wrap the dough around the pepperoni to fully enclose it and reshape into a ball.
  5. Place the cheese-wrapped pepperoni bites on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about an inch apart. If desired, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top for extra flavor.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
