- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend

- 1 cup fresh spinach or lettuce

Instructions
- Dice the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken and sauté until golden brown and cooked through (about 7-10 minutes).
- Stir in minced garlic and Italian herbs; cook until fragrant (about 2 minutes).
- Add diced bell peppers; sauté until softened (3-5 minutes). Season with salt and pepper.
- Lay each tortilla flat, spoon the chicken mixture onto each, top with cheese, then wrap tightly.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook each wrap seam-side down until golden brown (2-3 minutes per side).
