Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat and set aside.
- Gently flatten each bread slice using a rolling pin until thin and even for optimal rolling and crispiness.
- Distribute mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly along the lower third of each bread slice. Starting at the cheese-covered edge, roll up each slice tightly to form a compact log. Seal the edges with a small amount of melted butter if needed.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, parsley, and salt, ensuring the butter is thoroughly infused with aromatics.
- Set rollups seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Generously brush each rollup with garlic butter mixture.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until rollups are golden brown and crisp. For air fryer preparation, cook at 360°F for 8 to 10 minutes, turning halfway through.
