Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix dry ingredients: Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder. Stir in cheddar and Parmesan cheese.
- Combine wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk egg, milk, and melted butter.
- Mix the batter: Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
- Transfer to loaf pan: Spoon batter into the pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown. Test with a toothpick.
- Cool and serve: Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Slice and enjoy!
