Description

A quick and delicious skillet dish made with ground turkey and fresh Brussels sprouts.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add ground turkey, cook until browned.
  4. Stir in halved Brussels sprouts, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Add chicken broth, cover, and cook for 5-7 minutes until Brussels sprouts are tender.
  6. Stir in lemon juice before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
