Description
A quick and delicious skillet dish made with ground turkey and fresh Brussels sprouts.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
 - 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
 - 1 onion, diced
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
 - 1/4 cup chicken broth
 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
 
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
 - Add diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
 - Add ground turkey, cook until browned.
 - Stir in halved Brussels sprouts, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
 - Add chicken broth, cover, and cook for 5-7 minutes until Brussels sprouts are tender.
 - Stir in lemon juice before serving.
 
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
 - Can add more vegetables if desired.
