Description

A delicious breakfast recipe featuring fluffy eggs, crispy bacon, and melted cheese wrapped in Pillsbury Crescent Rolls.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
  • 6 Eggs
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 6 strips bacon
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Scramble the eggs or make a single large omelette. Divide the cooked eggs into 8 equal portions.
  3. Open the can of crescent rolls and roll each one open into a triangle shape.
  4. Cut each slice of American cheese in half to make a total of 8 pieces.
  5. On the widest part of each crescent roll triangle, place one piece of cheese, one strip of bacon, and one portion of eggs. Roll the dough up to fully enclose the filling.
  6. Bake the crescent rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet for about 13 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the dough is fully cooked.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, omit the bacon and add additional vegetables.
  • These rolls can be made ahead of time and reheated for a quick breakfast.
