A rich and creamy fudge infused with the delightful flavors of blueberry pie.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 20 oz white chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Cook blueberries with lemon and cornstarch until thick. Strain and set aside.
  2. Line an 8×8 pan with greased parchment paper.
  3. Melt white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and salt in a double boiler until smooth.
  4. Fold in most of the blueberry filling, leaving some for the top. Don’t overmix.
  5. Pour into the pan, dot with the remaining filling and swirl.
  6. Chill for 2 hours.
  7. Remove from the pan, peel off the paper, and slice.

Notes

  • Ensure that the double boiler does not allow water to touch the melting ingredients.
