A rich and creamy fudge infused with the delightful flavors of blueberry pie.
Ingredients

- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 20 oz white chocolate
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Cook blueberries with lemon and cornstarch until thick. Strain and set aside.
- Line an 8×8 pan with greased parchment paper.
- Melt white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and salt in a double boiler until smooth.
- Fold in most of the blueberry filling, leaving some for the top. Don’t overmix.
- Pour into the pan, dot with the remaining filling and swirl.
- Chill for 2 hours.
- Remove from the pan, peel off the paper, and slice.
Notes
- Ensure that the double boiler does not allow water to touch the melting ingredients.
- For best flavor, use fresh blueberries.
