Ingredients

- 2 ripe peaches, sliced
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 4 cups mixed greens (spinach, arugula, or spring mix)
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, toss together peaches, blueberries, greens, red onion, and feta. Add nuts if using.
- Whisk olive oil, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl to make the dressing.
- Drizzle dressing over the salad just before serving. Gently toss to coat.
