- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup blueberries
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheese.
- Add half of the blueberries and crumbled turkey bacon on top, then sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Top with another tortilla and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Repeat for the second quesadilla.
- Slice into wedges and drizzle with honey before serving.
Notes
- For a sweeter taste, you can add more honey.
- Feel free to substitute the turkey bacon with a vegetarian option if desired.
- Serve with additional fresh blueberries on the side.
