Description

A delicious and savory garlic parmesan chicken recipe made on the Blackstone griddle, perfect for a quick weeknight meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano and basil)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat and drizzle with olive oil.
  2. Pat chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and dried herbs.
