Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine arugula, cooked farro, sliced peaches, blackberries, avocado, feta cheese, and chopped pecans.
  2. In a separate bowl or jar, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, honey, red wine vinegar, minced shallot, garlic, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
